LiftSavings Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, downloading, or using the LiftSavings browser extension, the liftsavings.xyz website, or any related services, web bridges, or application programming interfaces (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service immediately and uninstall the browser extension.

LiftSavings is a client-side productivity software tool designed to help credit card holders discover, track, search, filter, and organize merchant offers and cash-back rewards made available through their existing, authenticated online banking portals (including American Express Offers, Chase Offers, Bank of America BankAmeriDeals, Citi Merchant Offers, U.S. Bank Offers, Wells Fargo Deals, and Capital One Shopping offers).

The Service also features:

• On-Device Offers Hub: A consolidated dashboard to search and sort your saved offers across all your cards in one place.
• Community Radar: An optional crowdsourced discovery feed where users can share anonymized targeted merchant deals to alert other members.
• Community Referrals Hub: A peer-to-peer directory where members can share and unlock referral bonuses governed by a gamified, weighted Lift Points system.
• Optional Google Drive Sync: An isolated cloud backup using your personal Google account's dedicated AppData folder.

All promotions, statement credits, cashback percentages, merchant reward terms, sign-up bonuses, annual percentage rates (APRs), and fees are governed exclusively by the agreements between you and the respective card issuers or merchants.

• No Guarantee of Rewards or Credits: LiftSavings does not guarantee that any merchant discount, statement credit, cash-back reward, or referral bonus will be credited to your account by your card issuer or merchant. Issuers maintain sole discretion over offer eligibility, enrollment caps, qualifying transactions, and reward fulfillment.
• Self-Verification Required: Users are solely responsible for reviewing official merchant terms and conditions, minimum spend requirements, expiration dates, and qualifying store locations before making purchases.

LiftSavings is an independent open-web software application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated in partnership with American Express Company, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bank of America Corporation, Citigroup Inc., U.S. Bancorp, Wells Fargo & Company, Capital One Financial Corporation, or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates.

All product names, logos, bank emblems, brand marks, and registered trademarks displayed in the Service (including "American Express", "Chase", "BankAmeriDeals", "Citi", "Capital One", "Wells Fargo", and "U.S. Bank") are the property of their respective trademark holders. Their reference within LiftSavings is strictly for nominative, identification, and informational purposes under fair use doctrine.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You agree that you will NOT:

• Deploy malicious bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated submission scripts, or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) tools against LiftSavings endpoints or servers.
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, expired, or deceptive referral codes or buyer rewards to the Community Marketplace.
• Attempt to circumvent, tamper with, or manipulate the Lift Points economic model, weighted selection algorithms, or review mechanisms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary backend logic except as permitted under applicable open-source licenses.
• Use the Service in any manner that interferes with other members' enjoyment of the platform or compromises the integrity of the Service.

The Community Referral Marketplace enables members to share their personal bank or service referral links and codes. To maintain high inventory quality and prevent automated spamming, the platform implements Lift Points (LP):

• Strictly Non-Monetary Utility Units: Lift Points (LP) are internal digital score tokens used solely for rate-limiting, spam prevention, and weighted referral discovery. Lift Points possess ZERO ($0.00) cash or monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred for real money, redeemed for cash, or traded on secondary markets.
• Fair LP-Weighted Selection: When a buyer unlocks a referral reward group, the platform selects an active referrer using a weighted random probability draw proportional to each provider's current Lift Points balance, deducting a dynamic display fee based on pool competition.
• Accuracy & Freeze Protection: Referrers must ensure their shared codes/links and claimed benefits are genuine and active. If a buyer reports an expired or mismatched offer, the referral is immediately frozen for administrative review. If confirmed fraudulent, points may be refunded to the reporter and disciplinary action taken against the provider.
• Modification of Point Rules: Platform administrators reserve the right to adjust point costs, initial bonuses, or display fees at any time to preserve the economic equilibrium and security of the community.

The Community Radar allows members to voluntarily contribute targeted merchant promotions discovered on their bank cards for the benefit of other users.

• By sharing an offer to the Community Radar, you grant LiftSavings a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the deal details (merchant, headline, discount terms, and expiration) to other users.
• Personal identifying information (PII), card numbers, and banking credentials are never attached to or shared with crowdsourced offers.
• Targeted bank offers may not be available to all cardholders; each bank determines individual cardholder eligibility.

LiftSavings is engineered on an on-device architecture. All offer parsing and activation happens in your local browser sandbox:

• You remain entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your devices, browser extensions, Google accounts, and online banking logins.
• LiftSavings has no access to your banking passwords, security keys, or two-factor authentication codes and cannot assist in recovering lost banking credentials.
• If you choose to use the optional Google Drive Sync feature, your encrypted backup is stored solely within your personal Google account's isolated AppData folder.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, LIFTSAVINGS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• THE INFORMATION, OFFERS, CASHBACK AMOUNTS, OR PROMOTIONS DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR FREE FROM EXPIRATION.
• BANK PORTALS, APIs, OR MERCHANT REWARD SYSTEMS WILL NOT CHANGE THEIR STRUCTURE OR INTRODUCE BREAKING MODIFICATIONS.
• ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE OR BACKEND WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFTSAVINGS, ITS DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, MISSED MERCHANT DISCOUNTS, EXPIRED REWARDS, BANKING FEES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LIFTSAVINGS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (OR $50.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiftSavings and its maintainers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service;
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right;
• Any claim that your submitted referral links or content caused damage to a third party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes occur, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including the Community Referral Marketplace and cloud sync capabilities, immediately and without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if required by law or platform integrity considerations.

You may discontinue your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and clearing your local browser storage.
